This is a yummy recipe for a tropical salad loaded with goodness of apples, avocados and papaya.
The dressing used for the salad is a mixture of honey with lemon and is ready in 2 minutes.

Ingredients:
1 medium papaya, peeled and sliced
1 apple, sliced
avocado, sliced
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:
1. Mix papaya, avocado and apple in bowl
2. Toss the salad with the dressing

Tips:
1. The ratio of fruits in the salad can be changed to suite your taste.
2. Add salt just before you serve, as the ingredients will become soft if kept for long hours and lose their crunch.
