4 strawberries, sliced
1 cup milk (dairy or nut milk)
1 banana, peeled
1 medium apple, peeled
1 cup ice cubes
1 tsp sugar (optional)
tsp vanilla essence

Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender
2. Blend for 10-20 seconds until smooth
3. Serve Chilled.
