In a large bowl combine the lemon juice, olive oil, coconut nectar, salt and pepper and mix well. Add in the red cabbage, kale, carrots, onion and dried cranberries. Gently toss to combine. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve right away.

4 tbsp olive oil
tbsp coconut nectar

tbsp white sesame seeds
