We all love to have fruit cream custard, but we resist it, owing to the calories.

** This recipe for fruit dessert is filled with goodness of honey and yogurt.

** The sweetness of honey with the aroma of the rose petals makes it an instant hit.

You may use any fruits of your choice.

** The combination of strawberries, kiwi fruit and banana used in the below recipe gives it a wonderful flavor and visual appeal.

** To add crunch top with muesli, granola or cornflakes.

** You can prepare it in advance (not more than 3-4 hours) and serve it chilled.

Ingredients:
4 strawberries, sliced
1 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
1 banana, halved and sliced
4 tbsp. hung yogurt *
2 tbsp. honey
5-6 dried rose petals

Method:
1. Take a medium sized glass(capacity of 150 ml)
2. Make a layer of banana slices, Kiwi slices and strawberry slices in it
3. Add 2 tbsp. hung yogurt *(remove excess water from the yogurt by placing it in a muslin cloth and hanging it to drain for up to an hour)
4. Add 1 tbsp. of honey on top.
5. Garnish with dried rose petals

Tips:
1. You may substitute the fruits with any combination, just ensure keep the combination of tangy fruits with sweet ones, for example strawberry and Kiwi fruit with bananas; otherwise the dessert will just have a tangy flavor.
2. You may use normal yogurt in place of hung yogurt, its just that it will make the dessert little watery.
