This smoothie has a few more calories but it is healthy and full of nutrients which makes it an excellent meal replacement or refreshment after a workout. It has a fantastic creamy texture. Taste is rich and nutty and at the same time refreshing. Its an excellent drink to add extra nutrition into your diet and cool down at the same time.

Ingredients:

2 cups coconut milk, chilled
1 ripe banana, frozen
1 ripe mango, about 1 cup chopped
cup raw almonds

For decoration:
1 tsp coconut flakes (optional)
1 tbsp mango, diced

Directions:

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into 2 glasses and sprinkle with coconut flakes and cubed mango.
Serve immediately.
