Ingredients:
2 cups fresh coconut water
2 springs of mint
1 orange, peeled
1 cup ice cubes

Method:
1. Blend orange slices and mint in a blender for 10 seconds and pass it through a sieve.
2. Mix it with fresh Coconut water.
3. Serve chilled with ice cubes
4. Garnish with mint leaves

Tips
1. Make and drink this fresh, its best not stored.
2. Deseed the orange as the bitterness of the seeds can alter the taste.
