The popular misconception of a pizza is it is an unhealthy as it is loaded with cheese.
Well, we can make it healthy with our choice of toppings.

Here are 2 recipes for making an instant pizza with readily available ingredients at home .The instructions for both are similar, just the ingredients are different.
You can use tortilla base for a thin crust pizza or use any base of your choice.
Mushroom and zucchini topping lets you avoid cheese and unhealthy calories and at the same time gives a great flavor.

Mushroom onion pizza with cherry tomatoes

Ingredients:
1 tortilla or any pizza base of your choice
4 button mushrooms, sliced lengthwise
6 cherry tomatoes, halved
1 onion, sliced
7-8 spinach leaves
1 tbsp. oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:
1. Heat 1 tbsp. oil in a pan, saut onion and mushroom for 5 minutes
2. Add salt and pepper, turn off the heat.
3. Pre-heat the oven at 175 C (350 F) for 5 minutes.
4. Spread the spinach leaves on the pizza base
5. Evenly spread the mushroom and onion mix on the pizza base
6. Garnish with cherry tomatoes
7. Use a pizza slice cutter to make 4/6 slices.
8. Bake in the oven at 175 C (350 F) for 5 minutes.

Tomato Sauce pizza with Zucchini

Tomato Sauce Pizza Recipe

Ingredients:
1 tortilla
zucchini
2 tomatoes, roughly cut
2 cloves garlic
a small piece of fresh ginger
1 tbsp. oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:
1. Blend tomatoes, garlic and ginger in a blender.
2. Heat 1 tbsp. oil in a pan, saut this tomato paste for 5 minutes.
3. Add salt and pepper to taste, turn off the flame.
4. Pre-heat the oven at 175 C (350 F) for 5 minutes.
5. Spread the tomato sauce on the pizza base
6. Evenly spread the zucchini on the pizza base
7. Garnish with salt and pepper.
8. Use a pizza slice cutter to make 4/6 slices.
9. Bake in the oven at 175 C (350 F) for 5 minutes.

Tips:
1. While baking the pizza, adjust the baking time for a tortilla or pizza base. The above mentioned timings are for a tortilla base.
