Ingredients

3 ripe kiwi fruits
1 ripe banana (you can also use frozen)
2 cups fresh orange juice
1 tbsp flax seeds
1 tbsp ground flax seeds

Method

Peel the kiwi fruits, cut them in cubes and transfer them in the blender. Add the fresh orange juice, the flax seeds and ground flax seeds, and blend to combine. Add the banana and pulse 2 or 3 times to incorporate. Drink right away.
