Packed with Magnesium (from almonds and cacao powder), Calcium (from Chia seeds) and healthy fats (from Brazil nuts and cacao butter), these raw ingredients chocolate bars are the perfect choice for a healthy dessert. Their crunchy texture, rich chocolate flavor and unctuous appearance trick you easily to think youre eating normal chocolate, while youre actually indulging with its perfectly healthy version.

Ingredients

1/2 cup dry pitted dates, soaked over night
1/4 cup Hazel nuts
1/4 cup Brazil nuts
1/4 cup almonds
1 tbsp Chia seeds
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp cacao butter
1 tbsp raw cacao powder
A pinch of sea salt

Method
Drain the dates well, chop them and place into the food processor, together with the hazel nuts, almonds, Brazil nuts. Crush the nuts before processing, if your machine is not very powerful.
Process to obtain sticky chunky crumbles of nuts and dates.
Add the cacao butter, coconut oil, raw cacao powder, a pinch of sea salt, and pulse 3-4 times, to incorporate.
Add the Chia seeds and mix to incorporate using a wooden spoon.
Transfer the chocolate mixture on parchment paper, cover it with another foil of parchment paper and use a rolling pin to roll it until you obtain the desired height.
Freeze for at least one hour, than use a sharp knife to cut the chocolate bars.
Keep in the freezer in plastic foil.
