Ingredients:
cup cooked quinoa,
apple, sliced/diced
2-3 kale leaves, chopped
1 tbsp oil
salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add kale leaves and saut for 2 minutes.
- Add quinoa and saut for 2 minutes
- Turn off the heat and mix the remaining ingredients.
- Serve warm.
