1 medium cauliflower head
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup hot tomato sauce
1 tsp coconut oil
a pinch of sea salt
freshly ground black pepper
1 garlic clove, crushed

Description

These Buffalo wings is a great way to enjoy cauliflower crispy on the outside, soft and flavored inside, they are perfect as an appetizer or as a snack while youre watching your favorite game.

Method

Preheat the oven at 175C/350F. Wash the cauliflower with plenty of salty water, drain well and cut it in small florets. Place the florets on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper, season with salt and freshly ground black pepper, add the olive oil and rub well. Roast in the oven for 5 minutes, toss well for a uniform roasting, then cook for 5 more minutes, until crispy and golden brown.

While the cauliflower is cooking, prepare the sauce. Heat the hot tomato sauce in a pan, together with the coconut oil, then set aside to cool. Immerse the roasted cauliflower in the hot sauce and serve right away for the best texture and flavor.
