This simple smoothie is rich in protein and nutrients and packed with flavor. Banana and peanut butter wonderfully complement each other. If youre a fan of peanut butter and banana sandwiches youll love this smoothie, its a healthier version, with less calories, than the old classic.

Ingredients:

1 large ripe banana, frozen
1 cup milk almond or other vegan milk, chilled
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
tbsp dry roasted peanuts, roughly chopped

Direction:

Put the banana, milk and peanut butter into a blender. Process until smooth and thick.
Pour into a glass, sprinkle with roasted peanuts and serve.
