Ingredients

Serves 2
1 Cup fresh parsley
1 Cup fresh spinach
1 tbsp dry bee pollen
1 handful Goji berries, soaked overnight
1 Granny Smith apple
1 cup vegan milk of your choice

Method

Wash the spinach and parsley with plenty of water and drain well. Add them in the blender together with the chopped apple, the vegan milk, the Goji berries and the water in which they soaked, and process until all ingredients are incorporated. Add the bee pollen and pulse two or three times until well incorporated. Drink the smoothie right away.
